Delivery Options
Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Delivery Times
We always strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but please note that unexpected delays, such as high seasonal demand, can occasionally affect these times.
Need It Fast
If you need your order in a hurry, please email us at hello@wearelocal.org.uk, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We’ll prioritise your order wherever possible and let you know the estimated delivery time based on your needs.
Tracking Your Order
We know you’re eager to receive your order! That’s why we provide tracking on all deliveries. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep.
Click & Collect
For local customers, we’re happy to offer a Click & Collect service. Place your order online and collect it at no extra cost. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection – typically within 2-3 business days.
Missed Delivery
If you’re not home when your delivery arrives, don’t worry. Most carriers will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, sometimes unexpected delays can occur (such as postal strikes or severe weather). If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us at hello@wearelocal.org.uk, and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
